Contribute to the establishmentof the project incident management process including the emergencyresponse, incident reporting, case management, incidentinvestigation, corrective action and record keeping Project.
Incidents may include : Occupational Health and Safety incidents,Process Safety incidents, Fire or Security incidents, motor venicleincidents and illnesses including communicable diseases.
Processesmust be in-line with Project, COMPANY Medical policies andprocedures as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
Ensure that project health and incident managementprocedures are aligned with Project, COMPANY, QP and RLICrequirements as well as legal requirements of the State ofQatar.
eview all Health Management Systemrequirements (health deliverables) for the EPC phase of the projectin consideration of regulatory bodies (e.
g. MoPH0, Qatar Petroleum(QP) and Project and COMPANY health requirements.
Support the EPC Contractors with Case Management andfollow-up of injury and illness cases with Medical and Legalauthorities.
Contribute to periodic incidentanalysis, developing recommendations and reporting to projectmanagement.
Developing resource plans (e.g.manpower, IT tools, facilities) for health management and tosupport with contracts, hiring and procurement process for thesame.
Support the development of a centralizeddatabase to report, record and track all incidents, injuries andillnesses as well as confidential health management aspectsincluding fitness to work requirements and records of all projectpersonnel.
Support the establishment ofcentralized medical facilities for the NFE Onshore Projectincluding tools, equipment, consumables &manpower.
Participate in tendering andconstruction activities for centralized medical facilities as wellas medical services contract in line with Project, COMPANY Medicalpolicies and procedures as well as relevant regulatoryrequirements.
Supports the objective of thetimely issuance of medical license for the medical facilities byrelevant regulatory bodies to ensure smooth on-boarding of EPCContractors with the support of the Medical Service provider andCOMPANY medical.
Interface as key focal pointbetween relevant health representatives including regulatorybodies, Company, QP and EPC Contractors.
upport the development, implementation and monitoring ofcommunicable disease prevention and mitigation plans (e.g.COVID-19, chicken pox, measles).
Review EPCContractors’ medical candidates to ensure they meetproject requirements and secure approval from necessaryparties.
Ensure that project health objectivesare established and implemented in line with Project and COMPANYmission, vision and values.
Act as subjectmatter expert (SME) during incident investigations relevant toinjury or illness incidents.
Identifypotential medical emergencies during the EPC phase of the projectand support the preparation of medical emergency response andrecovery requirments including resource requirements.
