Provide Excellent sutomer service by handling outbound calling interactions in a professional manner to promote and sell insurance products (life and general insurance) to customers

Minimum 3 years in insurance industry

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure

Good typing, telephone and email skills

Good command of oral english plus one other 'home' language or Arabic

Key Accountabilities

Take and process in an accurate manner

handle grievances as required

Go the 'extra mile' ot meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Generating and qualifying leads fromcold calling

Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them

Salary : 8000 QAR all inclusive
