Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives.Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degreeExperience / SkillsMinimum 3-
5 years’ experience as a secretary, banking experience not mandatory but will be preferred.Must be a Bilingual (English / Arabic).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
