My client has a requirement for French speaking customer service agents, to join them at their call centre located in Doha, Qatar.
As a Customer Service Agent you will provide excellent customer service to customers through telephone, emails and fax to optimize passenger satisfaction.
issuance / re-issuance of tickets; and processing any refunds. You will also support E-Commerce and Frequent Flyer program activities.
You must be FLUENT in French.
Have at least 2+ years experience within a customer service role.
You must be an interactive, customer service oriented person with a warm, cheerful and expressive personality and possess excellent communication skills.
Have a strong sense of customer satisfaction through responding to customer enquiries and offering the best solutions.
Shifts and Salary :
This position is shift based, therefore you must be flexible in terms of the working hours you are allocated- The contact centre is open 24 hours a day, and you will be working 5 days per week.
Shifts are 8.5 hours in length.
Salary in Qatari Riyal plus accommodation.
