Effectively and efficientlymanage the Project Support function within the primaryobjectives :
Resources
Ensure all Africa and UK offshore Marine and Drillingcrews are available as required by operations;
Ensure correct project, diving, construction and survey(DCS) crew are sourced and ready when required at the correctlocation with the required permits;
Ensurethat the routine DCS crew is scheduled and rotated as per schedulein alignment with the project needs;
Prepareforward-looking plans, schedules and budgets in order to supportthe efficient planning, execution and evaluation of the resourcesand crew required for non-Marine projects;
Maintain resource market intelligence and offer creativesolutions to Bidding and project execution teams.
Administration
Ensure that crew andtechnicians are correctly permitted, experienced and ready toexecute the required task in compliance with client and Companypolicy and needs;
Ensure that all requiredvisas and travel costs are efficiently managed, recorded andevaluated;
Ensure that all Company SIPOCS, HRand Compliance policies are followed, reviewed and revised asneeded; ![]()
