We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join us on a permanent basis.
Candidates must be already located in Doha and have a valid work permit to work in the country as per the laws and regulations.
Unfortunately, candidates applying from other countries will not be considered for this position.
Main responsibilities and skills required :
Experience in handling FIDIC, PWA Contracts.
Capability to interpret the conditions of Contract and correlate with the requirements of Project Specification, QCS etc.
Shall be experienced and independent in Contractual correspondences.
Communicate with the Project Team and advise them for the scope of works with regards to the Contract.
Identify the scope of Variations / Delay events and notify the Client within the Contract time frame.
Maintain various LOG’s such as for Delay Events, Variations, Subcontract Agreements, Issues in Project etc.
Shall be responsible for providing all documental evidences & Narrative for preparation of EoT Claims.
Support commercial department with regards to the disputes in Variation entitlements.
Subcontracts Administration including preparation of Agreements, Contractual correspondences, attend meetings for any commercial / contractual disagreements etc.
Identify the problems in Project, advice the contractual solutions and report to the Management.
Position Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer, or LLB.
5 years of experience as contracts administrator or contracts engineer.
GCC Experience is a must.
Previous experience within the Main Contracting sector.
