To attend to all guest at the front desk cordially and see if they can be helped immediately.

Responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and employees both within the hotel and for external communications.

What are we looking for?

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.

Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
