keeping customer satisfaction at the core of everydecision andbehavior. Responsibilities;· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timelymanner.
Follow communication scripts when handlingdifferenttopics.· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, researchevery issue and provide solutions and / oralternatives.
Seize opportunities to up sell products when theyarise.· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking theextramile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in acomprehensibleway.· Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge andperformancelevel.
Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitativetargets. Requirements;· Previous experience in a customer supportrole.
Track record of over-achievingquota.· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with activelistening.· Familiarity with CRM systems andpractices.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personalitytypes.· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage timeeffectively.· High school degree.
