Call Center Representative Job Description : Call Centre Representative We are looking for aCall Centre Representative that will be the liaisonbetween our company and its current and potential customers.

  • Thesuccessful candidate will be able to accept ownership foreffectively solving customer issues, complaints andinquiries;
  • keeping customer satisfaction at the core of everydecision andbehavior. Responsibilities;· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timelymanner.

  • Follow communication scripts when handlingdifferenttopics.· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, researchevery issue and provide solutions and / oralternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to up sell products when theyarise.· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking theextramile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in acomprehensibleway.· Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge andperformancelevel.
  • Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitativetargets. Requirements;· Previous experience in a customer supportrole.
  • Track record of over-achievingquota.· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with activelistening.· Familiarity with CRM systems andpractices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personalitytypes.· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage timeeffectively.· High school degree.
