  • Maintaingood, timely communication within the department to reduce guestcall response time.
  • Maintain / updateequipment and machinery record system of theaccommodation.
  • S / he will be able to respondand attend to associates repair requests.
  • Fixminor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plungingtoilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets.
  • Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tighteningloose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes inwalls.
