ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job holderis accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regardto H3SE rules & requirements and for implementing H3SErules within his area of responsibility.
The job holderis accountable for all interfaces activities during DBN PWM Projectexecution :
Ensuring deployment, adherenceand use by all of interface management tool and / or ITS.
Reviewing and timely approval to the interfaceregisters, task received from the CONTRACTOR.
Anticipate and identify all potential interface subjectsthat will require close supervision and resolution.
Supervising and ensuring all internal and externalinterfaces with all parties (internal stakeholders and externalContractors) during DBN PWM PROJECT execution is correctlyimplemented and delivered according to the required schedule :
o Coordinate technical matters between CONTRACTOR and relateddisciplines,
o Coordinate interfaces with otherentities for execution of EPCIC phases.
o Coordinateinterfaces between Contractors (if applicable).
Assist the Project Lead request on project managementmatters during project execution
Report andliaise with the package lead as needed.
