Job description / Role

Employment : FullTime

1. Supervise procurement activities fortimely & accurate purchase, delivery and payment

2. Supervise PO process in ERP; monitor & follow upon pending approvals

3. Supervise approved POsubmission to concerned suppliers / sub-contractors

4.Liaise with supplier / sub-contractor for non-deliveries, quality orbreached terms & conditions

5. Liaise withaccounts for advance payment and payment transfer details ofsuppliers

6. Supervise provision of all requiredshipping documents (COO, B / L, Invoice and packing list) forshipment dispatch

7. Oversee tracking of purchasedgoods and services during the entire procurement cycle

8. Escalate pending deliveries to procurement manager and recommendalternate suppliers to minimize delays

9. Responsiblefor all communication with project team through procurement statusreports

10. Develop & maintain goodrelationship with suppliers & negotiate better shipmentterms

11. Seek shipping / freight forwarding companiesfrom supplying countries & negotiate rates / feesetc.

12. Implement QHSE Policy and comply with Companypolicies, guidelines & strategies

13. Recommend& highlight concerns for the management whereveressential


Qualifications & Skills :

1. 2 to 10plus years in procurement of Furnishing, Interior solutions orrelated businesses

2. 2 years of procurement experiencein fit-out works is a major plus

3. Degree inEngineering and / or Master in Logistics, Supply Chain,International Trade or equivalent

4. Excellentcommunication skills to coordinate & negotiate withmultiple parties

5. Proficient in MS Officeapplications

Desired profile :

1. Comes with existing connections and knowledge of internationalsuppliers for interior fit out works

2. Experience inlogistics process & knowledgeable on local customsstandards & procedures

3. Knowledge in supplierperformance & evaluation is an advantage

4.Good planning & organization skills with ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously

5. Ability to balancepriorities, identify & address problems and meetdeadlines
