Manage the vehicle rental and storage business

  • Customer complaints
  • Manage the booking systems
  • Ensure retail area is clean and presentable
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service
  • Out of hours support for customers in the event of breakdown, Dealing with customers by phone, email or
  • in person.

  • Checking in and out of rental vehicles
  • Dealing with all suppliers ensuring prices are competitive and changing if necessary
  • Responsible for Profit and Loss management of the company
  • Sales

  • Maximize revenue on all rentals
  • Monitor competitors, specifically in areas of rates, fleet
  • Manage staff resource and holidays
  • Training of new members of staff
  • Identify training and development needs in conjunction with the HR Department and ensure these are actioned
  • To develop all staff to deliver the highest levels of customer service and ensuring total customer satisfaction
  • Vehicles

  • Fleet planning for maximum utilization
  • Manage maintenance of fleet
  • Procurement of parts
  • Ensure high vehicle standards are kept
  • Ensure effective damage reporting to minimize unnecessary repair costs to Dash
  • Accident damage repair
  • Monitor vehicle residual values
  • Managing insurance claims
  • Storage

  • Maximize unit occupancy
  • Ensure daily check are completed
