Oversees building and groundsmaintenance.

Operates and maintains custodialfunctions.

Ensures security and emergency preparednessprocedures are implemented properly.

Ensures that thefacility is clean and maintained according to company policy andprocedures.

Handles general accounting tasks, such asaccounts payable, petty cash, and budgeting.

Overseesand supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensurethat all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, andeffectively.

Manages and reviews servicecontracts.

Conducts and documents regular facilitiesinspections.

Checks completed work by vendors andcontractors.

Recommends maintenance, mechanical,electrical, and facility design modifications.

Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.

Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physicalresources of the facility management.
