Operations Supervisor will ensure the customer is dealt with in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in class customer service and products.

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing the brand image to meet and exceed set standards. Continuously drive world-class Customer Service to improve customer engagement.

Your main job responsibilties ill include but not limited to :

  • Ensure compliance of procedures and recommend new procedures or changes to existing procedures so that revenue and vehicle movement is accurately and completely accounted for.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and requirement prior to opening of agreement and system entry to achieve zero-error records.

  • Explore sales opportunities outside the Branch by targeting Government Institutions, Schools / Universities and Corporate clients.
  • Supervise rental revenue target and stimulate the team to reach the same goal.
  • Ensure proper calculation and set up of rental rate in Carpro.
  • Supervise rental fleet ensuring no unnecessary downtime and idling of vehicles.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Conducts formal and internal trainings on rental process to facilitate proper learnings at the workplace.
  • Openly communicates and collaborates with departmental concerns that hampers operational flow.
  • Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge : Bachelors degree

    Job-Specific Skills : PC literate, hospitality background, understanding of vehicle rental will be an advantage.

    Behavioural Competencies : Customer service skills, Excellent communication skills, team player, planning and organization, problem solving.
