Job Description

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing hospital operations

Has experience in project management, with certification preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, post graduate degree preferred

High level competency in English, Arabic (desirable)

Proficient in conventional business applications (MS Office, etc.)

Performance Management :

1. Manage performance within the Orthopedic facility as a Network

coordinator ensuring achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators, completion of

Performance, and take corrective action when performance falls below target.

2. Gather, analyze and use information to make service changes to enhance

performance, including monitor hospital activity and reporting trends.

3. In conjunction with the Executive Team, improve overall JCI compliance and

performance.

4. In conjunction with the Executive Director monitor, report and trend QPS
