Provides a common set of performance-based tools and software to support corporate management, front-line supervisors, store managers and workers across all operations.

  • Forecasting contact volumes.
  • Scheduling staff around your forecast contact volumes. Requirements :
  • years of Experience in Telecom or similar sector with strong business development skills
  • Degree in business administration / management also a degree or diploma in telecom will be a plus point
  • Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills / experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level.
  • Strong leadership and sales Management skills and experience.
  • Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels.
  • Impressive presentation negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Proven strategic aptitude and ability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to provide a high-quality service.
  • Numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Hands-on approach, with a can-do’ attitude.
  • Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Must be in Qatar
