Consistently observes and enforces all USAF and hostnation explosives safety, AFOSH, and security standards during allexplosives and non-explosives operations in assigned sites and TDYlocations
Ensurespre-task safety crew briefings are accomplished before the start ofany operation.
Takesnecessary control and timely response actions during emergencyevents.
Assists in thedevelopment of the yearly master and monthly MMHE maintenancecontrol plan IAW with established contractual standards.
Adheres to the productionscheduling of assigned MMHE in accordance with established qualityprocesses, identifying potential problems, recommending, andimplementing problem solving solutions.
Conducts quality control of all maintenanceaccording to technical standards, identifying potential problems,recommending and implementing solutions.
Reconditions, repairs, and replaces defective or missingparts of assigned MMHE; ensuring reliable serviceability.
Enforces and adhere to consistentuse of technical publications during all maintenanceactions.
Prepares andconfigures MMHE in maximum deep storage, ready-to-shipconfiguration to include stacking of trailers for future shipmentsfor air, sea, and surface transportation.
Assists with the up-loading and downloadingtrucks with MMHE shipments.
Identifies job status scheduling delays, shortfall ofresources to Munitions Control and MSEM Supervisor.
Establishes levels of resources andprocure IAW with AFI 23-110 and DI standards for bench / operatingstocks.
