Position Summary :

Preference issomeone who has regional experience within the GCC and speaksArabic

  • Design, generate BOQ andcost estimate for CNE / SCN, IT, Fire Alarm, PAVA systems, CCTV,Access Control, Intruder Alarm, AV systems, SMATV, Master Clock andELV system.
  • Develop viable, workingintegration matrix, showing the interface between the abovesystems, along with the arrangement schematics.
  • Understand the drawings, specifications of the lowcurrent systems provided by the client / consultant and raiseRFIs.
  • Attend clarification meetings withclient / consultant.
  • Send enquiries andcoordinate with vendors (partners and external / international) foroffers.
  • Technically & commerciallyevaluate vendor offers and prepare comparison statement.
  • Compile tender documents with full commercial& contractual understanding.
  • Meetthe biding time frame of clients and internal departments.
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales presentationswith clients.
  • Lead a small team to evaluatetenders, design solutions and prepare bid proposals complete.
  • Knowledge of Project Phases, Engineering and SiteManagement manpower estimation concepts.
  • Authority on all cost issues of standard nature for any major issuewill be referred to line manager.
  • Preparation of accurate design and BOQ’s for the solutionbased on the specification provided by theclient.
