  • Deliver superior service and maximize customersatisfaction

  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback toimprove productivity
  • Estimate future needs forgoods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safetyregulations
  • Manage restaurant’s goodimage and suggest ways to improve it
  • Controloperational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annualrevenues and expenses
  • Promote the brand in thelocal community through word-of-mouth and restaurantevents
  • Recommend ways to reach a broaderaudience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
  • Train new and current employees on proper customerservice practices
  • Implement policies andprotocols that will maintain future restaurantoperations
