As a recruitment coordinator you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter we want to meet you We like working with people who think outsidethebox and who finish projects in a timely manner Ultimately you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements Role Responsibilities but not limited to Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Sourcing and screening resumes CV Scheduling preliminary interviews Conduct reference check background check for key position Preparation of Job Offer Create maintain and update employees files Grievance handling Recruitment or New RP related inquiries Handle and oversee overall New RP processing Coordinate with Immigration team for Medical Finger Print schedule appointment Coordination of employment contract receive or prepare contract preparation request organize signing authentication of employment contract Arrange issuance of New RP and employment contract Coordination of Health Certificates Preparation of Head office new employee joining report Handbook Confidentiality IT network access request Sorting Filing of documents Maintain and update records of Job Request Creating employees file soft copy back up Creating subfolders each employees employees files renaming and scanning GP attachment Prepare Weekly and monthly recruitment report
