Maintaining the highest standardsof service to clients.
Fully assist in foodservice, clearance, and store cleanliness.
Have full menu knowledge of food being served at thesite.
Directly supervise and coordinatesactivities of waiters engaged in serving food.
Buffet set up and food pickup (A la’carte andTable d hote’)
Prepare, follow- upand validate duty roaster and timesheet.
Resolve customer complaints regarding foodservice.
Daily store requisition and pickupfor the department.
Cleaning and hygiene ofthe dining and related work area.
To reportand where possible take action in relation to any incident, fireaccident, loss or damage.
To ensure all HSErules & procedures are followed and hazards / near miss andaccidents are reported.
