  • Manage and monitor activities,processes and procedures, training needs, and staffingschedules
  • Provide technical leadership,oversight, advice and guidance on Knowledge Managementtasks
  • Make recommendations on processimprovement and dashboard reporting
  • Monitorand report on PMC and GEC Key Performance Indicators
  • Coordinate with all PMC departments to ensure theProgramme Management Delivery System (PMDS SharePoint) is kept upto date
  • Coordinate with PMC Area DeliveryManagers (ADMs) and their teams to obtain information from them ina timely manner
  • Assist with KPI tracking andreporting, including maintaining tracking spreadsheets, updatingreports, and presentations
