Manage and monitor activities,processes and procedures, training needs, and staffingschedules
Provide technical leadership,oversight, advice and guidance on Knowledge Managementtasks
Make recommendations on processimprovement and dashboard reporting
Monitorand report on PMC and GEC Key Performance Indicators
Coordinate with all PMC departments to ensure theProgramme Management Delivery System (PMDS SharePoint) is kept upto date
Coordinate with PMC Area DeliveryManagers (ADMs) and their teams to obtain information from them ina timely manner
Assist with KPI tracking andreporting, including maintaining tracking spreadsheets, updatingreports, and presentations
