About the role
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the HR activities across our Eastern Regions which includes Asia Pacific, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, Levant and Caucuses and providing HR advise and support across multiple business divisions, including our Commercial, Ground Services, Cargo and Technical teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to Senior Vice President (Eastern Region) on human capital management matters.
You will manage a team of 30 to 35 HR Managers, HR Business Partners and HR Generalists who are based in different countries within this region.
Additional responsibilities :
Understand the business units commercial strategy, activities and needs and connect them with specialists from the HR Division to provide specific HR solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of business areas, the organization and the context in which it operates. Using business understanding develop HR strategy and actionable HR insights and solutions.
Service Delivery & Information Ensure that the delivery of HR Services and information to leaders, managers, staff and clients is accurate, efficient, timely, cost effective and professionally managed.
Communicate strategy, changes, developments, and feedback to the Division from Group HR and vice versa
Develop a Division HR strategic plan in line with the Group HR strategic plan and Division strategic business plan including performance management, engagement and MIS communication.
Lead the implementation of HR processes and policies across the division.
Manage a team of HR Managers and HR Business Partners across the Region
Work Collaboratively with the HR Centers of Excellence in our Qatar Headquarters, and provide feedback on locally specific requirements

Qualifications About you :
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8 years of job-related experience
Generalist HR knowledge with a particular focus on performance management, organizational design, engagement, employee relations.
Experience in a Senior Business Partnering role, partnering with Senior and C level Management.
Experience managing HR activities across a minimum of 15-20 countries across Asia Pacific and Indian Subcontinent markets
Experience in leading a medium to a large team of HR Managers, HR Business Partners and HR Generalists
The role will require you to travel frequently.
Legal awareness including country / region labour laws.
