Ensure all aspects of theInfrastructure services (Wide Area Network, Broadcast ContributionNetwork, Event Network, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, DigitalWorkplace, Spectrum, Radio, CATV / IPTV, Rate card, Audio and Video,Telecommunications, VoIP, End-user support) are implemented at thevenues (starting from the the client offices) according to therequirements
Coordinate and follow-up withHost Country (HC) various providers, and government entities inrelation to ensuring delivery of Infrastructure services as peragreed service levels
Ensure that allinformation pertaining to infrastructure, services and spacesneeded for the delivery and support of Infrastructure services arecommunicated to, and understood, by venue / site authorities andrespective delivery teams
Ensure all tasksand deliverables are completed to scope, within budget and onschedule
Effectively manage stakeholdersand perform adequate communication with relevant parties;especially providers and partners in incident and problemsolving
Active participation in venuesvisits / inspections to ensure : gap analysis (comparing the clientrequirements, with stadiums status), drawings and issues review,dependency management, (ensuring integration with other relevantareas, e.
g power, containment, venue management, HostCountry)
Lead and design service solutionsfor IT end user equipment, including all items mapped in / from theTEAP (Technology Equipment Allocation Process), such as laptops,peripherals, TV, printing, consumables etc.
Covering the onboardingof the service to the dissolution
Collaborate on the definition of the Asset tracking and managementof deployed equipment in all sites, starting with the clientOffice
Plan in collaboration with theclient and the Host Country relevant parties (private andgovernmental) for the central support and monitoring of the networkand services during the tournament andCompetition
