Enforce & Lead Mannai’s HVAC AppliedSales and expand our market share in Qatar market.
Scan market identifying newcustomers / opportunities.
Range ofproducts : Chillers, AHUs, FCUs,Roof Top Packaged units and CRAC.
Brands to behandled : Climaveneta Untes Toshiba
Develop salesstrategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues forHVAC applied business.
Achieve sales targetwith specific gross margin.
Lead applied salesteam, Monitor achievement of sales target and evaluateperformance.
Assist with the development ofsales presentations and proposals.
Co-ordinatesales action plans for individual salespeople.
Investigate lost sales and discuss it with BU manager andsuppliers.
Track sales figuresmonthly.
Forecast annual, quarterly andmonthly sales revenue.
Generate timely salesreports.
Develop pricing schedules and rates& negotiate with partners & principals.
Formulate sales policies and procedures.
Conduct market research and competitor and customeranalysis.
Analyze data to identify salesopportunities.
Scan market identifying& developing clients as well as dealers.
Respond to clients introducing appropriate products,which meet their requirements.
