The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the implementation of personnel techniques and practices as well as for ensuring that all payroll transactions are properly recorded in the payroll system.
University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration or similar discipline.
Technical Skills :
Well-developed professional HR knowledge and expertise in own area.
Good knowledge on compensation and benefits process in the amusement / theme park / hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of HR analytics and compensation system.
High level understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Industry Experience :
2-3 years experience in a similar field.
Personal Qualities :
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Technology Skills : Technical ability and knowledge of computer software and hardware.
Language Skills : English language proficiency. Knowledge and practice of Arabic language is a plus.
Communication Skills :
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
