As the Front-end Developer, you will be building intuitive customer experience following the approved UX design in web and mobile following responsive / adaptive design capabilities and in agile development methodology.
You will be working within the Scrum team to prioritize and plan backlogs, building UI interaction and experience and are delivered on time.
Translates designs into delightful functional user interfaces and experiences ensuring cross browser compatibility, accessibility and performance in web & mobile.
Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities and communicate progress.
Develop responsive & Interactive pages using latest front end technologies.
Build modular UI layouts, reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize the code to maximize page loading speed and scalability
Contribute to the development of applications and products while working with a cross-functional team of Product Owners, UX Designers and development team.
Create and improve coding standards and ensure team follows best practices on quality, scalability, and accessibility of deliverables.
Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
Oversee assigned programs and ensure that the User experience quality assurance procedures are followed correctly by executing Unit Test Cases, conducting Peer Review, Code Review etc.
Drive high performance and accountability for own deliverables. Work well within a team and always work for team success by supporting other team members, constructively acting on feedback, and identifying challenging opportunities that enhance career growth,
Analyze Production issues reported on various Self Service applications and fixing Production issues based on priority
Introduce technology innovations in Sprints by working with relevant Product owners and other stakeholders
Requirements / Skill Set
Relevant college or University qualification to minimum Bachelor’s level
More than 5 years of experience in User Interface Development in web and mobile with at least 2 years in a senior role
Ability to take a mock or concept and turn it into a working experience with pixel perfection.
Experience in frontend technologies with single page applications.
Experience in Node.js, Angular 8, Redux, Gulp.js / Grunt.js. and package manager like NPM
Experience working in templating (Handlebars, Mustache etc.)
Hands-on knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG 2.1 AA and AAA and the implementation of accessible UI front end.
Should have the ability to clearly write front-end specifications and document it and effectively communicate across teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, and adaptability to evolving technology
Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
