a) Planning & Supervision of projectShift Activities Plan, priorities, allocate and supervise theactivities of subordinate staff in allocated area to ensureoperational / Maintenance targets are met in a safe, reliable andtimely manner.

b) ProceduresDevelopment / Implementation : Participate in the development andpost-approval implementation of work packs, isolation and blindinglists procedures and practices that facilitate the achievement ofenhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct continuous reviewsto identify enhancement potential.

c) ManpowerDeployment : Participate in developing manpower plans for thedeployment of staff resources that best meet operational / projectrequirements and operational objectives.

Continually monitorprogress and priorities and make necessary adjustments to meetchanging needs.
