A Leading Boutique Day Spa is looking for a qualified female receptionistRoles & Responsibilities- Meet & Greet clients and handle Telephone and clients and bookings and re-bookings- Report customer feedback / complaints / complements ensuring to give feedback at all times to management.
Upsell services, sell products, sell promotions, sell memberships, sell referrals, sell vouchers- Handle the cash, logs, and system logs of customers and their services booked and rendered.
Input therapists weekly / monthly schedules taken from manager including Hair and fitness when and if existing. Monitor schedules are adhered to.
Monitor therapists’ schedules, arrivals, customer service / Welcome procedure, and service timings, attitude, cleaning duties and must report back to manager.
Prepare the daily / weekly / monthly sales report for the branch including the incentive report and confirm with manager- Monitor premises security and maintenance, opening and closing- Handle the consultation and feedback forms- Book therapists fairly and consecutively on a daily basis- Check that cleaning duties are carried out by all- Ensure Electric appliances and lights / switches are always turned off before closure of spa- Report any incidence to Manager immediately.
Job Requirements : - Two years experience as a receptionist is a must preferably in a Spa- Strong communication & organizational skills- Knowledge of handling cash / cashier’s job- Attention to details- Knowledge of words, excel, preparing reportsJob Types : Full-time, PermanentExperience : customer service : 1 year (Preferred)Location : Doha (Required)Language : English (Preferred)
