Oversee deals execution for and on customers’ behalf properly in a timely manner, and as per customers’ instruction.
Manage the daily interactions with clients and brokerage business stakeholders.
Influence & Build customer loyalty and service standards. Assist business support teams in resolving customer complains in a timely fashion.
Ensure external performance delivery standards agreed by senior management are adhered by the unit.
Monitor team performance in meeting delivery standards and build culture of high performance.
Evaluate the work processes of multiple teams under his / her control and identifies process improvement opportunities.
Communicate with external parties / stakeholders / regulators outside the company as and when needed.
Work with business development & Operation teams to continue automating and digitizing client on-boarding and trade execution through conducting periodic end-to-end process reviews.
Ensure the team understands and follows the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
Ensure compliance with Internal Audit, External Audit and Compliance Audit. Corrective actions to be taken with the time frame to ensure speedy closure of open items.
Identify and drive key business drivers for own area of responsibility.
Perform analysis, identify trends and make recommendations to build customer base and market share.
Manage the daily interaction with customers & any matters related to updating client files / records for any missing or expired documents.
Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent.
12 15 years’ relevant experience in Financial services ( Banks, Brokerage Companies) ideally at least 5 years as a Trading Manager or similar.
