Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established byEmiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for all phases of the oiland gas industry in the State of Qatar.

Primary purpose of job
Direct & manage comprehensive Fire, Rescue & Emergency Response training and development programme for both fire and non fire personnel, to ensure that all current and new personnel are competent in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
As leader of a team conduct continuous training and competency audits within defined responsible areas.Consult with Qatar ministries, end users, QP corporate departments in the development of training related policies & procedures to meet the requirements with the relevant laws and regulations.
Experience & Skills
Corporate Member of The Institution of Fire Engineers or equivalent.Preferably a minimum 12 years experience in Fire operations, with minimum 5 years experience at management level (Station Officer or higher) preferably in the fire training of oil, gas or petrochemical industry emergency response personnel.
Qualified Fire service instructorLeadership, management, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal skills, negotiation and organizational influence skills.
Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from an internationally recognized institution.
