HRIS administration and support
Ensure that the systems are reliable, comply with the HR policies and are fit for their purpose Provide first level support to the other HR users in their day to day use of the systems
Report and monitor bugs and their resolution by the competent entity
Develop user's manual and guidelines for the different systems
Train users in HR or other entities to the HR systems
Administer roles, accesses and workflows in the HRIS
Super User for eTalent, MyHR, Anael payroll, Business Objects and any new systems to be implemented HRIS project implementation
Contribute to any project of new HRIS systems by providing expertise in existing system and facilitating the integration with or replacement of existing HRIS systems
Act as superuser for any new system implemented in HR
Positions Database administration, Job Description and Evaluation
Ensure that each position has a job description, in liaison with the HR Business Partners
Advise leaders on changes of organisational structure, in liaison with the HR Business Partners
Check the quality of the job description received and advise the hierarchy on necessary modification Manage the Evaluation Committee agenda and prepares the information needed for evaluation
Ensure the HR Information System is updated with the relevant information on positions, job evaluation and description and movements of personnel Workforce Planning
Ensure the Workforce Planning is always up to date and data are accurate by liaising with recruitment, operational entities, HR Business Partner and C&P.
Ensure the alignment between workforce planning, organization chart, headcount budget and recruitment plan for his / her perimeter Reporting
Guarantee the capability of HR Division to issue accurate and immediately ready reports and dashboards Provide regular and on-demand / ad- hoc reports and dashboards for HR Management Create and modify reports in Business Objects

In all the activity, the incumbent ensures that data are always accurate and up to date. If in the course of the activities, errors are encountered, the incumbent must take actions to correct them.
Continuous improvement of data and processes is key to HR operational excellence.
Master or bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with Major in Human Resources Management 5-8 years'
experience minimum in a Human Resources role.
English : Good communication skills and writing skills Capacity to work in project mode, respect deadline and deliver high quality output.
Proven capacity to train other users and understand / integrate / respond to their needs. Taste for innovation and new approach.
