1 Identifying and Developing strong relationships with the prospective key accounts forDecorative paints and floor coating ensuring the attainment of the sales targets ascertained maximum profit generation as well as customer satisfaction 2 Developing application partners as per product lines on the basis of companypolicies 3 Build credibility with partners by supporting them in terms of business productsupport and technical help that meet their needs and yield outstanding results 4 Overseeing the expansion of the new customer base to increase the market share assessing customer complaints and improving the ROI 5 Technical inspection at the site to help and support the customers 6 Carrying out introduction of new product line in the market 7 Facilitating necessary data inputs in decision making essential for growth as well asdevelopment of the company 8 Assisting credit control department for releasing payments from the customers asand when required 9 Keeping track of the competition in the market 10 Drive Sales through the Key Retail Dealer Accounts 11 Identifying existing potential dealers for implementation of marketing elements andthereby creating a new experience zones for customer interaction 12 Evaluating performance monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities Planning Schemes and execution of the same for target achievement through effectivenetworking with retail partners 13 Organizing sales promotion activities to promote the product at various critical salespoints 14 Appointment of new Dealers for market penetration 15 Monitor opportunities for new business generation 16 Conducting Dealers meet and Contractor s Influencers meets to increase productawareness 17 Analyse report competitive products schemes in terms of features and benefitsas well as product pricing 18 Handling customer complaints effectively and settling them to customer satisfaction 19 Monitoring payment collection from the dealers within the timelines 20 Implementing Marketing Plans with focus on planning for Advertisements Cross UpSelling Meets and other Promotional activities 21 Coordinating for launch of New Products in assigned territories putting in placeinitiatives to enhance product visibility and drive volumes 22 Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities 23 Evolving market segmentation penetration strategies to achieve product wisetargets 24 Identifying qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveysand mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation
