DohaAbout Your JobAs an Organizational Design Projects Officer, you will proactively coordinate and provide administrative support on projects related to job evaluation (using HAY methodology) and organizational structures.
Key AccountabilitiesMaintains a repository for project-specific data, in order to monitor adherence to project schedules and report the status of projects.
Assists with departmental projects; preparing plans- Gathers and compiles information from multiple sources in order to provide business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation, spreadsheet preparation, scanning and distribution of such materials.
Assists in the identification of organizational change requirements, contributing to project scope and terms of reference for organization review exercises as and when required.
Accountable for the collation and update in the Database of all organizational charts across the QR Group and its subsidiaries.
Provides support to the development of comprehensive JD library and mapping new roles against existing / new jobs.Responsible to effectively conduct analysis to support job ranking through constant liaison with the team, verifying written data to actual size of the job.
About youA successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR along with minimum 4 years of job related experience.
Having prior experience in job evaluation and project management will be preferred.Along with strong attention to detail and communication skills, being proactive and able to handle high volume while staying organized will be essential to be successful at this role.
