Job Description

  • Greet all customers promptly and provide timely professional service.
  • Answers incoming calls promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
  • Perform task as per defined scripts while calling customers.
  • Canvas Parts counter customers to identify the type of parts purchasing, and to offer service job and / or other value additions to transfer the customer to Service and Body & Paint Divisions.
  • Coordinate with parts counter sales staffs to identify Recall outstanding, and guide customers to get the recall jobs done with priority.
  • Compare customer data with the SAP Database while communicating with customers, and update BP with accurate contact information.
  • Provide clear initial cost estimates with time required, and refer to Service advisors by arranging appointments.
  • Perform Maintenance Reminder Calls for Parts customers and assist customers with scheduling Appointments.
  • Call Lost customers, Recall campaign customers, and Retention campaign customers.
  • Send daily performance report to the Business Development Supervisor.
  • Qualify with the Company / TMC certification examinations to improve skill level and for career progression.
