DohaAbout the roleIn this job role, you will be a member of the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP functional team. Your primary responsibilities includeAnalyze and document the business requirements, system interface specifications and non-functional requirements as per the guidelines and standardsCapture and document business requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersInvestigate and analyze business operational requirements, identify problems and opportunitiesSupport business units in preparation of business cases for automation, and support procurement processesElicit, analyze requirements and provide solutions based on Dynamics AX 2012 ERPLead functional support for the assigned modules within AX ERP.

Work closely with AX technical team in troubleshooting complex issues and provide tangible solutions.Analyze recurring support incidents and recommend enhancements to the system and / or business processes to reduce the incident countWork with external vendors for various delivery related to IT applicationsWork along-side with IT teams to deliver solutions that meet the business needsConduct domain and requirements training sessionsManage interactions with external / internal teams for designing and documenting the system interfacesExecute and document test strategy, test scenarios, test data, test case and test resultsContributes to selection of the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative, ensuring traceability back to sourceAnalyze and document business process models (as is and to be) using techniques such as UML modelling and tools or by following the standard tools like LCS provided in Dynamics AXConduct system integration tests, manage feedback and sign-off by concerned stakeholdersSupport business users in the review of production data and configuration set-up (system parameters, access privileges, seed data set-up etc.

Assist business areas in identifying potential IT opportunities exploiting use of new technologiesConduct train-the-trainer sessions, support end user training and review of standard operating proceduresPrepare change requests and conduct regression tests to ensure that fixes do not break existing functionalityAbout YouTo be successful in the role, you must havea Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Sciencesa minimum of 5 years working as a Functional Consultant in full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 ERP (or higher version) for Retail industry with specialization in Supply Chain Management or FinanceExcellent knowledge and demonstrable experience in Supply Chain Management or Finance business processes in a Retail industryExpertise in analysis, design & documentation of efficient processesExperience in coordinating with business users for requirements gathering and high level solution definition for system requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to get along well with diverse stakeholdersAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyAbility to work independently by looking into technical aspects for troubleshooting where required
