Job Purpose Support sales and perform general administration works Deal internally with Sales Technical application service staff warehouse and other departments Deal externally with customers Suppliers and business partners Job Scope 1 Prepare quotations costing sheets invoices material submittals coordination of trips and other administration activities 2 Prepare internal letters memos within the division and Correspondence with customers Principals as directed by supervisor 3 Prepare reports presentations and other documents as directed 4 Incharge on Petty Cash purchase requisitions and all system related tranactions 5 Receive and attend to incoming calls and inquiries 6 Receiving cash and Cheques as directed by supervisor 7 Responsible for filing and retrieval of all documents in the division 8 Any other activities as may be directed by supervisor
