Duties AndResponsibilities

Demonstrate and prove of experience in respect of therelevant international Standards for Quality Assuranceprocedure;

Participate in the all aspects forthe project life cycle, from setting out, Designs, construction,testing and commissioning stage, with emphasis on data analysis,system testing, regression testing, and auditable documentation ofresults;

Initiate, plan and follow up closelyon Project Close Out Requirement from the project inception oncontractor submission to the approval of concern stake holders,department and authorities to the satisfaction of the Engineers notlimited to Drainage Operation and Maintenance Department, RoadMaintenance Department, EBD-DCU Municipalities, etc.

Coordinate, monitor and follow up between external andinternal stake holders to obtain the necessary clearances for theprojects close out clearances.

Proactiveacumen and an ability to manage multiple engineering requirementand liaison with internal and external stake holders on site areessential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering froman accredited University to the approval of theEngineer.

Minimum of 15 years post-graduateand demonstrable overall experience, out of which 7 years insimilar large scale infrastructures projects

Experience in quality control and quality assurance ofsewerage, surface and water, drainage, outfalls, pump stations,treatment works, road, highways construction quality and controlrequirement;

Emphasis on Quality AssuranceSpecifications and Statistical Quality; Control. Should be able toreview and justify the material submissions, analyze laboratory andtechnical reports, carrying out acceptance sampling plans, testingand quality measures, ensuring the compliance with theproject's specifications.

Ability toprepare accurate QA / QC plans and have the ability to lead,cooperate and motivate a project QC team, write clear, brief andaccurate technical reports.

Experience workingin Qatar is preferred.
