Responsible to provide high quality product in a timely and efficient manner To demonstrate excellent culinary skills by preparing the menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide Knowledge of all standard procedures policies and training to food preparation receiving storage and sanitation Full awareness of all menu items their recipes methods of production and presentation standards Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature Carry out any other duties as required by management Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning Establishing and maintaining effective interdepartmental working relationships
