Job Description :

Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options;
  • resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

    Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

    Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
  • participating in professional organizations.

    Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

    Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

    Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

    Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

    Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

    Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

    Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

    Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.

    Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

    Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

    Develops the skills of the team using methods such as coaching, training and other external sources.

    Issues and monoscope’s for the BD team, ensuring that the individuals receive support in achieving these.

    Liaise with Heads of departments to prepare and submit commercial offers

    Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

    Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

    Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

    Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients objectives

    Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

    Develop negotiating strategies and positions; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals

    Requirement :

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Similar

    Minimum 10 years’ Experience in similar position.

    Should have sound knowledge in Power, Construction, MEP, Consultancy projects.
