Qualifications :

Preferably Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

5 to 7 years of working experience - handling building construction industries (High-rise buildings, commercial / Residential Buildings, villas or compound)

Male or Female

Duties :

Establishing cost based line

Conduct cost controlling as per project budget

Conducting cost variances

Prepare variation orders

Monitoring purchasing processes and Progress Payment

Willing to work at project site
