Assistant Bar Manager Qatar Luxury Hotel Brand
We are looking for experienced ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER to join the F&B Team of a well-known luxury hotel brand located in Doha, Qatar.
Main Duties
Ensuring that the bar is well stocked
Ensuring that the staff such as bartenders and waiters are well trained in their jobs
Deal with customers in times of trouble and ensure that order prevails
Solve customer problems
Making training arrangement for new staff
Keep track of daily income and expense of the bar
Ensure safety measures of the bar
Play an active role in administration activities
Maintain standards of the bar as per state regulations
Qualifications and skills required :
Hospitality qualification
At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
Good interpersonal skills.
Teamwork skills.
Administration skills.
A pleasing personality
Excellent management abilities
A good knowledge about working and operations of the bar
Thorough knowledge regarding state specifications for running a bar
Start : ASAP, subject to visa
Salary Offered :
