  • Maintain executive’sagenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings,conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keepminutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls andredirect them when appropriate
  • Handle andprioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail,letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travelarrangements for executives
  • Handleconfidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provideassistance in bookkeeping
  • Monitor officesupplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the mostcost-effective orders
  • Maintain electronic andpaper records ensuring information is organized and easilyaccessible
  • Conduct research and preparepresentations or reports as assigned
