An exciting opportunity has arisen within Jaidah Group under Electrical Division. We are currently recruiting for a Smart Solution Specialist with experience in selling Intelligent Infrastructure IP Solutions.

Electrical Division


  • Maintain a complete knowledge of products, solutions, policies and services using the Integrated Sales Cycle.
  • Use specialized training within product and / or service lines to promote the company’s list of quality products to print companies, commercial or retail markets.
  • Identify new accounts / business opportunities and researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Identify high potential sales opportunities (with customer and Area Field Manager) and prioritize them.
  • Build rapport and educate customer with the use of internal and external resources.
  • Lead and develop account strategy using customer’s growth plans, budget, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with peers on complex sales and solutions issues.
  • Submit and present the customer with a finalized collaborative proposal with solutions, justifications, and expected results to overcome objections and win the business with maximum revenue / margin.
  • Ensure high post sales satisfaction that enables repeat business with customers
  • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales
  • Strengthen and expand the market share of the portfolio of current clients.
  • Generate new business by networking and occasionally cold calling new prospective clients.
  • Prepare offers and quotations.
  • Ensure that customer prospecting is made in accordance with the guidelines of the department and division.
  • Handle customer negotiations.
  • Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to the manager.
  • Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.

    University degree in Electronics, Electrical or Electronic Communication Engineering


  • 2-3 years of experience in selling complex technical solutions.
  • Experience in selling Intelligent Infrastructure IP Solutions

  • Any forms of printing or computer hardware into the retail or commercial markets
  • Significant experience of computer hardware sales at a retail level

  • Product flexibility (Technology market) and ability to present technical product knowledge
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic
  • Computer skills : Microsoft Office Package
