About Your Job :
Reporting to the Head of Airside Operation you will lead and manage the Cabin Appearance Department to deliver exceptional cabin services.
Monitoring quality standards of performance through a dedicated team of Cabin Appearance agents. The key responsibilities will include decision making for resourcing personnel, equipment and facilities, whilst continuously exploring methods to improve ground service times, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
You will play an active role in shaping strategic & tactical plans to improve the Cabin Appearance operational performance and position QAS as an innovative, best practice, and people focused ground handling provider.
Ensuring safety and security remain the highest priority through developing and delivering key strategic projects that will benefit the business.
About You :
To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent, and have a minimum of 8 years job related experience within the Airline, Airport or Ground Handling industry holding a managerial position.
It is essential that the successful candidates have strong knowledge of hub ground handling and cabin appearance with a decisive, collaborative leadership style demonstrating the highest standards of integrity, quality and respect.
You should have experience in dealing with Airside / Ramp Operations, finance, HR, L&D, customer relations, supplier management and SGHA and RFP.
To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication and analytical skills. You should also have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and deliver tasks within tight deadlines.
