About Your Job :
In this role, you will implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of the business and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders.
You will implement changes to the IT component of the Crew Systems as laid out by the Development and Training Manager. You will also conduct in-
depth analysis on rostering and pairing data and tuning of the optimizers.
This role directly impacts the optimality of pairings and rosters created for the crew resources department, as such this function directly impacts the results of the department as a whole.

About You :
To be effective in this role, you will need a Bachelors Degree in a related discipline combined with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
Prior experience of working in rostering with Jeppesen products is essential. Excellent stakeholder management skills and highly developed planning, analytical and problem solving skills are also required.
