Work with FM Operations and Divisional manager and support them to obtain the business leads and acumen. Ensure proper records are maintained related to sales, customer quotations.
Lead the sales by preparing bids, technical submittals and pre-qualifications.Build up good relation with Builders / Real estate firm , government agencies and other external customersResponsible for generating Lead and offering proposal for FM business in Qatar.
Business development, Ensuring a pipeline is in place for future projects as wellGood rapport and knowledge of vendor’s / subcontractor / Key customers.
Implementing a clear FM Project plan (clear indication to revenue contribution to the budget)Regular meeting with clients and develop and client databaseParticipate in necessary business development forums and penetrate the leads.
Organize corporate / team customer events as and when requiredGood at technical and commercial understanding for MEP / IFM businessDevelop enquiries with suppliers / vendors and regular follow up and close out.
Proposals, ensuring they are viable and ensuring potential revenue forecast is accurateLooking at a presentation pack for clients.
Ensuring effective relationship management of existing clients, regular reviews.Administration all documents, payments in line with policy, process managed within agreed timeframe.
To be eligible to apply for this role applicant must have 10 years GCC experience in MEP / FM Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
Preferred Qatar Experience.Preferred native Arabic speaker.Minimum Education : Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder or relevant field experienceJob-
