EnsureAudiovisual tasks are clear and completed in scope, within budgetand schedule
Coordinate and follow-up withservice providers to ensure delivery of assets and services as peragreed service levels, ensuring smooth exchange of information andcollaborative groups
Track the progress ofimplementation leading up to the timely availability of componentsand services and including the commissioning / decommissioning of thesystems in all venues.
Make sure that the AVservices are delivered as per the client Requirements, tested andhanded over to operations, securing the transition from the projectas per FWC Support Model and SLAs agreed.
Report progress, issues and risks related to IT projectsand operations, according to IT governance and keep counterpartaligned
