KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate the day to day operations of leasing and ensure maximum optimization of resourcesEnsure set objectives and targets and regularly monitoring are being implement to ensure all objectives are achievedManages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packagesAssist in monitoring tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to the mallMonitor renewals of existing retailers in accordance to company’s rules and proceduresPrepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activitiesCoordinate with retailers on a daily basis to resolve issuesTo attend to tenants and clients needs and provide optimal level of serviceImplement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfillment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out and renovationCoordinate with other department heads to ensure effective and efficient operation of the mallPerforms other tasks as assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum 2year of leasing experience, preferably in the GCC regionMixed use development experienceExperience with luxury segment of the marketSound working knowledge of computer software applicationsEDUCATION BACKGROUNDGraduate degree in either business, retail management and / or retail real-estateExtensive knowledge of leasing managementREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONSStrong business acumen and good technical knowledge of leasing commercial FacilitiesGood understanding of mall leasing managementStrong leasing specific financial acumenGood understanding of tenant mix and zoningGood understanding of mall operations and associated policies and proceduresGood understanding of mall marketing, advertisement and promotionKnowledge of managing leasing contracts and negotiation, exposure to tender managementStrong negotiations and sales skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsLeadership and decision making qualities are essentialPossess good English skills (both written and spoken) ability to speak Arabic an advantageExcellent Customer Service SkillsA good team player with strong analytical skillsAble to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company informationJob Type : Permanent
